The Wind and Snow Load Rated Garage is the ultimate square tube steel framed fabric covered shelter that can withstand the elements in all different types of environments. These robust shelters boast a wind and snow rating of 35 pounds per square foot (3 feet of snow) or better and a 10 year square steel frame warranty which surpasses the durability of most basic fabric storage structures on the market today.

Wind and Snow Rated Shelter

Worried about tough weather? All our buildings are wind and snow load rated, and when properly assembled can take on up to 80 MPH wind speeds and a snow load of approximately 43 PSF.

This durable garage shelter is an excellent option for anyone needing year-round protection for their vehicle, boat, and more. It is built strong with an industrial-strength square tube US steel frame and a 9 oz. (1 Year), 14.5 oz (10 Year) or 21 oz (15 year) waterproof rugged fabric cover. This garage is wind and snow-load rated and can take on tough weather when it is properly anchored and with adequate snow removal.

NOTE: The dimensions shown in feet for the width are to the outside edge of the shelter, and the height is to the peak, and the length is to the outside depth from front to back. These have been calculated using combined snow and wind load provisions in accordance with ASCE 7-05. These calculations are based on an unoccupied, fully enclosed building. Local building code requirements vary by location; conformance to local codes is the responsibility of the purchaser.
