Polycarbonate Sunroom Enclosure

This enclosed patio or solarium is a great way to add usable indoor living space to your home. This sunroom comes in 10x10, 10x14 or 10x18 foot sizes only in a white or grey frame. It has a robust 8 mm thick twin wall roof that takes up to 30 lbs/square foot snow or ice load. This sunroom has a highly durable polycarbonate roof (diffused light) and walls (clear), sturdy aluminum framing, rain gutters and lockable sliding double doors with screens.

The sunroom roof lets in 35% of the available light through the roof while protecting you from the harmful UV rays. It also has clear side wall panels for visibility. The click and lock roof system goes together easily, and includes rain gutters to direct run-off. In only a weekend you will be able to assemble this enclosure which will add square footage and value to your home, patio and garden.  The SanRemo includes three sliding doors with screens and comes with a 10 Year Manufacturer warranty.

Important – before assembly

• Be sure to check the ground surface is perfectly flat and leveled and in a 90˚ angle to the supporting wall
