This 12 Year Warranty light gray steel truss garage with a rollup door is an ideal storage shed for your household items, small vehicles, bikes and more. It comes in kit sizes of 12 or 14 feet wide by 10, 17, 24, 31 long (7 foot extensions). With a steel truss design, it can handle snow (25 psf) and wind (100 mph). Add functional storage space and classic good looks to your property with this sturdy steel garage. The garage is protected by vinyl-coated electro galvanized 29 gauge steel which has 5X greater coating thickness over galvanized steel for superior durability and visual appeal. This garage is also compatible with automatic garage door openers.

This prefab building is thoughtfully designed to hold virtually anything you want to store. The 12 wide models feature 74 in./ 187 cm light grey walls and the 14 wide models have a 94 inch wall height. This garage has a high-gable roof for ample headroom and to ensure tall items and vertical storage shelves are never a problem. The frame of the roll-up and side doors is a darker anthracite (dark grey) colour that contrasts with the flute grey exterior and roof.

This depends on your province and local area, but generally anything over 160 sqr ft in Ontario for example requires a permit, but this varies by province and local area.
