This 20 foot wide 7 or 9 foot high clearance steel carport is ideal for the Canadian winter snow loads, ice, hail and wind. It is a multi-use shelter and carport, perfect for two cars or trucks, vehicles, boats, tractors, and outdoor picnic areas and patio furniture. It comes in extendable sizes such as: 20 wide x 20 long, 20x24 and 20x29 or longer using 4 1/2" extensions. For example, the 20x20 base kit comes with 4.5 foot extensions for as long as you would like. See diagrams further below for actual construction dimensions. Ships out from Calgary AB or Longueuil QC in 1 to 3 weeks depending on time of year (assuming in stock). There is a 10 year warranty on this carport.

It has a 7 or 9 foot height drive-in clearance at the front and sides with earth auger ground anchors included. Some customers install on concrete blocks/concrete pony wall or pressure treated wood to add height. See actual dimensional drawings below for actual widths, lengths and heights of installed sizes. Contact us for dimensions for other sizes.
You can add height with a raised/pony wall concrete foundation, cinder blocks or pressure treated 4x4s. This is our most popular carport style, and we are getting a limited quantity and expect to sell out, so order soon.
PRO TIP: We recommend you slope the angle of your carport and apply the steel roof panels in a downslope "roof shingle" arrangement. There is weather-stripping supplied in the kit, but it is not as reliable as good roof caulking. But if your roof is sloped and you overlap the steel panels like roof shingles, there is really no need for further adhesives. Given the gullies on the roof, a slope of 5% or more is recommended to avoid standing water over the seams.
