Cantilever Cleaning Shelter with V Roof (24 wide x 28 long x 7 high)

24 ft Wide X 28 ft Long X 7 ft High V Roof Cleaning Shelter Island

The posts would be 2"x4" powder coated grey steel at 7 feet high with a 20 degree slope.  The V roof would slope down 1" per 10 feet to drain water off to one side.  The beam (purlins) would be 2x6 stained/treated lumber which is fastened to 2 inch steel tabs (or 10 mm thick polycarbonate roofing).

NOTE: We can customize sizing to suit your needs. Lead time for production and delivery is 2 to 3 months average depending on time of year.

• The 8 posts would be 2"x4"x0.188" HSS powder coated grey steel
• The angled steel roof beams and connectors would be 4"x6"x0.188" HSS powder coated grey steel
• Height of posts 7 feet high clearance with a 20 degree slope.
• The V roof would slope down 1" per 10 feet to drain water off to one side.
• The beam (purlins) would be 2"x6" raw lumber (not stained/painted ).
• Roofing recommendation is 26 gauge steel powdercoated 
• 8 to 10 weeks estimated welding/powdercoating production

2. Steel 26 Gauge Roofing - ToughRib (3 foot width) (Charcoal pantone: 8306): $2,240
3. Wood SPF 2x6 Rafters: 28 feet x 16 = $950 (Stain not included)
4. Bolts/washer/nuts/fasteners = $350
5. Delivery: $1,250 from Kelowna to Calgary
