The 4” Geo Ground Grid is perfect for a wide variety of uses, aggregates, and environments. The main function of the Geo Ground Grid though is to prevent your aggregate/foundation from eroding or washing away.
EROSION CONTROL: Our Geo Ground Grids are the perfect product for erosion control needs. Recommended uses include parking lots, retaining walls, driveways, and farms.

The grid is 9 FT x 17 FT when fully spread out and covers a total of 160 sq ft of area. The grid is compatible with soil, grass, or gravel and can be used on slopes or level ground. Each cell holds up to 1,800 lbs per square inch when gravel filled. Can be cut to match specific dimensions and multiple units can be used together with simple zip-ties. Made from recycled Polyethylene and supersonic welded.
We recommend 4” grid for sloped driveways of up to 45%. For sloped installations, we strongly recommend using J-Hooks Rebar Anchors or Stake Plastic Anchors (sold separately) to ensure the grid is firm to the ground. We advise using 20-30 anchors per grid.
If your driveway is sloped more than 45%, we recommend using our 8” grid instead. (also available on Amazon)
You can only use gravel for driveway installations, and we recommend ¾ crushed gravel or larger. Do not use Pea Gravel as it cannot pack to create a stable surface.
